We Blessed Maxxon on January 1st! It was an amazingly perfect day! I was worried about maxx crying during the blessing... Boy was I wrong he was a little angel He never even made a peep! He just had his eyes opened wide staring at daddy. Martys Blessing was so Beautiful and perfect! We had both of our dads along with several other family members. It was so moving to see all of those worthy, Priesthood holders standing in a circle blessing our sweet little boy.

It was so fun having Maxxon here for christmas this year even though he slept through most of it! We were able to see both of our families on Christmas since they both live so close! Marty said it was the BEST Christmas ever ha and we all just laughed because he says that every year. I truly think it was the best Christmas having our baby with us!

Holy moly Maxxon is 2 months old I cannot even believe how much he is changing! Maxxon now weighs 10lbs 8 oz and 22 inches long he is in the 25 percentile for his weight, height, and head!

He is starting to smile and giggle and its the cutest thing every!!!

Maxxon love love loves to sleep on his belly he actually wont sleep any other way he even sleeps on his belly in his stroller. He also loves to go for walks in his stroller!

Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we were at the Foxes. We stuffed our faces and watched plenty of football. Thanks Janeen for all the yummy food! Later that night we went to the movie It was nice to just eat and relax!

3 Weeks old

Maxxon had a little hiccup in his life when he was 3 weeks old. Actually, it was worse then a hiccup, it started with Maxxon just being really fussy, almost like he had a belly ache. I tried gas drops and nothing seemed to help our little guy out. Saturday night Maxxon would not sleep, he maybe slept for an hour while I was holding him. Thats when I started to think something was not right. By Sunday he would not eat or sleep and was still super fussy as you can imagine. By Sunday night I knew something was not right with him. We took his temperature and it was 100.7, which did not seem that high to me, but I jumped online to see how high a babies temp can be it said that infants under the age of 3 months should not have even a small temperature, and anything over 100.2 you should take them to the emergency room. So to the emergency room we went! They took us straight back and started poking and prodding our poor little baby. He had an IV in his head with all sorts of medicine running through it, they did a spinal tap, a chest x ray, he had to get a catheter and all sorts of stuff. It broke his mommy and daddy's hearts. Finally at 3 am we were admitted to the hospital where we stayed for 3 days. We found out that Maxxon had early stages of pneumonia and he had Viral Meningitis. We are so lucky that we went to the hospital when we did and they were able to take care of are sweet baby boy! We are extremely grateful for modern medicine, it probably saved Maxxon's life. The least we can do for those that kept us in their thoughts and prayers is say THANK YOU! We owe everyone more than words can express. We are very grateful for all the blessings we received during that stressful time.

Halloween

Since Maxxon was born 10 days before Halloween he was able to be at the annual Haskell Halloween Party. We were all pirates, and he was the cutest pirate of all!!!

When Maxxon was first born he had Jaundice. He had to be under the bilirubin lights for the first week of his life! He hated the lights so bad (so did Mom) he soon figured out how to kick his way out!!!

well we had are cute baby boy!!!! Say Hi to Maxxon Martin Fox born October 21 2011 at 11:27pm Maxxon weighed 7 lbs 7 oz and is 18.5 inches! I maybe a little bias but I swear he is the cutest baby of all time. Marty and I are loving every minute of being a Mommy and a Daddy!!!

Dolphins

A Couple of days before we came back to Utah we thought it would be fun to wake up early and go snorkeling one last time. So glad we did Because we were lucky enough to snorkel with wild dolphins. We were literally so close we could touch them. We swam with them for 2 hours and it was amazing!!!

I Know its been forever since I updated, but better late then never right? So back in the Summer my family flew to Hawaii to visit us for a week. It was seriously the funnest week ever. I don't have a lot of the pictures because they are on there cameras but, I am just going to post what I have!!

My Mom and Dad Flew us to oahu to go the polynesian cultural center and Pearl Harbor. It was so fun thanks Mom and Dad (sorry not the best Pic)

Haleakala

Hike to the waterfall

This is one of the biggest waterfalls I have ever seen, it made the long hike totally worth it!!!

Most of the hike was through a bamboo forest it was so cool!

As you know Marty sells security Systems for Vivint during the summer. Last year we were in Arkansas, and this year we were lucky enough to go to Maui Hawaii!!! We are loving it here the weather is perfect and everything is so pretty!! We love that we get to go the the beach and play in the ocean everyday.

If you didn't know I was Pregnant, you do now. You also now know we are having a BOY!!!! We are so excited!!!! I am 17 Weeks Today, and so excited to finally start getting over the whole morning sickness. There is a guy in my parents ward who does ultra sounds at 16 weeks so we were able to find out early. Marty was so cute at the ultra sound he really really wanted a BOY so when the doc said ITS A BOY he got all teary eyed!!! The Doc said that he was heathly and very Active (He already takes after his Dad). We were able to see him moving his arms and legs, also saw the spine, and heart.

Disneyland

For Thanksgiving this year my sweet Grandparents took are whole family (All 18 of us) to Disneyland. It was so fun to be gone from the real world with the whole family and just be a kid again!!!!

Wilderness Safari

Marty and I have not really done alot of tourist things since being in Fayetteville, we had heard about the Wilderness Safari. We were able to hold and play with baby lions it was so cool! The safari tour was really neat you just drive your car though and the animals are everywhere, and they would walk right up to your car!

The baby zebra was my favorite it was so dang cute!

Anniversary

This year for are Anniversary we were able to go to Branson Missouri for a night. It is only a two hour drive from where we are staying in Arkansas, It was a really awesome place I am so glad we were able to go. We stayed over night saturday, and Sunday we went to an amusement park and a water park It was a lot of fun. I cant believe we have already been married for two years wow time flys. Here are a few pictures there not the best is hard to take pics of yourself. (whit dont judge!)

This is my cousin Paige and Garrett and there new baby Riley Garrett Johnson he was born July 9th. 7lb. 7oz. 20 inches long I am so excited for them. I just cant wait till next week when I get to go home and actually see and hold him. Congratulations guys he is a cutie. (Doesn't Paige look cute and she just had a baby no fair!!)

So we decided that since Janaes Mom came to vist we could explore, just to check out places of Arkansas that we have never been before, and we heard that Pinnacle Mountain was pretty cool and that we would have to go there before we left. So, we decided to take a trip out there, Its pretty much the only mountain around. It was very beautiful! We could actually see above all the trees.

This was the cutest thing ever the mom was so protective of the baby!!
He was my favorite part of the zoo! He was the coolest thing, he would just sit and stare at you like he wanted to talk. They are so much like Humans!

This is Janae lets just say she is my life saver, I don't know what I would do here with out her. I would be so bored. She comes with me to do all the fun things here in Arkansas.

Arkansas has definitely been a new experience for me. I have never lived out side of Utah before actually i have never lived outside of Utah county before, so i was a little shocked. Arkansas is different then i ever imagined, it is very green and very very pretty! I got a job at Texas Roadhouse as a hostess and have had a lot of fun with it!!!!

We are moving to Arkansas! I know I know what you are all thinking. Why arkansas? But really that is what i am thinking.

We are moving just for the summer to sell alarm systems for apx! I am super nervous and excited. If you have gone and sold before and have any good advice for me please feel free to share. We need all the advice we can get. Also if you have been to arkansas let me know if there is anything at all fun to do there!! FYI I am flying home once a month to do hair so let me know if you want an appointment!!!

My mom had a Halloween party this year at her house. It was such a blast we all had so much fun!! She planned games, crafts, and even a pumpkin carving contest. It turned out so good and everyones costumes were great. we went as smurfs.

Our New Truck

So it is official Marty and I bought our first truck! It is a 2004 gmc sierra. It was such a pain. Its super hard to get a loan if you are a first time car buyer so we are both just so glad its all done.. Marty thinks he is so cool driving it. If you ask him he says ya I’m a bad "A" and then just laughs!! He is so excited every time he looks at it he smiles so big it’s funny. I love the truck just because Marty is so stinken excited about it. It makes me laugh so it is worth every penny!!

Marty and I went to Playa Del Carman Mexico on our honeymoon. It was so fun. We had a ball! This picture cracks me up because they sell these hats on every corner. They start out by trying to sell them for a lot and then by the time you actually leave they are trying to sell them to you for a dollar. Ha ha it is really funny we learned to never buy anything at regular price!!!
